Plan-Apps accesses insights from our Partners and their processors in connection with their sales, marketing, and other business activities. In this case, we are able to access anonymous aggregate data from our Partners (who are controllers of personal data) via API connections to our web application at . We will do this for various purposes including to assess how effective a campaign is.

Do we process personal data as part of our marketing campaigns services?

No, we do not process personal data as part of our marketing campaigns services. We will not require Brands to provide us any customer personal data to use our marketing campaign services. Our Partners and their processors provide us with access to insights relating to their media estates so they can track their supplier’s media campaigns and we are able to help plan future campaigns. These insights are shared with us in the form of anonymous aggregate data, via our Partners’ subprocessor environments.
Do we process personal data to measure campaigns effectiveness?
No, in order to measure our campaigns we receive anonymous aggregated data from our Partners. Our partners use platforms like Meta, and Google Ads to track user interactions, and provide targeted advertisements. Our application uses APIs to display and analyse the data collected by our Partners and the platforms they use in an aggregate anonymised manner. This enables the Brands we work with to see how their media is performing in terms of for example number of impressions or number of purchases but never see any personal data.

No, we don’t require Brands to provide us with any personal data. Personal data used in connection with the Brand will be provided by Partners in an anonymised aggregate format as stated above.

Plan-Apps hosts anonymous data insights from various sources, including publicly available sources, third party providers, and customers. This information powers our pool of commerce marketing performance insights and benchmarks. We provide information from our pool of insights to Brands who choose to use our services as part of their marketing campaign efforts.
